Delivery

We deliver to the UK only.  Orders will be despatched on receipt of cleared funds and within 2 working days of receipt of order (usually sooner).

If items are not in stock we will notify you of a revised delivery time.

Our Click & Collect service allows you to save on delivery by collecting your order in person, simply select "collection in person" at checkout, you can pay via the website or when you collect your order.  You will be notified as to when your order is ready for collection at a mutually convenient time.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery of order by contacting us directly. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods and will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Security and Privacy

We value your privacy. We only use the information provided about you to process your order and inform you of upcoming products and promotions. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal details.
